Escape Codes Rendered in RSS and ATOM Feed Names

Issue

Escape codes are being displayed in the names of the RSS and ATOM feeds registered as automatic syndication links.

Bug / Problem

Section names are processed when the section is saved to ensure that they contain valid HTML which results in the encoding of extended characters. When these sections appear in the name of an RSS or ATOM feed, they are being additionally-encoded, resulting in the display of escape codes.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved since Community Server 2007 SP2.
