Setting Forum Database Server Date and Time Properties

The date/time settings allow you to determine the format of both date and time values in addition to setting the local time zone of the forum database server.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Setup > Basic Site Configuration.

2. Scroll down to the Date/Time Settings section of the page.
3. Specify the date and time settings.

• Time Zone – Sets the time zone for the forums database server.
• Date Format – Specifies the format for all dates. Users have the option of overriding this format on the Site Options tab of their profile options.
• Time Format – Specifies the format in which all times are displayed. Users have the option of overriding this format on the Site Options tab of their profile options.

4. Click Save.
