Community Server provides visual indicators of the community users with the highest rankings. Rankings are based on the number of posts a user publishes relative to the number of posts published by the other members of the community.
As users publish content, Community Server tracks their activity and shows the rankings of each user.
The above example shows users jsmith and jjones. The activity bar directly beneath the user avatar gives an indication of the level of activity and the ranking each has attained. The Community Server rating system is based on the following:
No bars = not ranked
1 bar = Top 500
2 bars = Top 200
3 bars = Top 150
4 bars = Top 100
5 bars = Top 75
6 bars = Top 50
7 bars = Top 25
8 bars = Top 10
You can see a textual explanation of the ranking data by pointing your cursor at any point on the activity bar. For example, user jjones is one of the community’s top 10 contributors, as shown below.
User jsmith, on the other hand, is a top 25 contributor.
